See attached RFP for detials. This modified RFP is make the following revisions to the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 23 March 2021 and to revise the CLIN description for CLINs X002 accordingly. The revised changes are highlighted in yellow. Rationale for why changes were made are identified as follows: 1. "Registar" and "Re/Registration Audit" language collapsed into "Certification Body" and Re/Certification Audit", for clarity and consistency. 2. Initial Transfer or Audit of Certification" changed to "Full Recertification Audit". The "transfer" refers to any administrative costs associated with changing from one CB to another CB. 3. "Certificate of Registration" changed to "Certificate of Conformance" for clarity and consistency and updated as necessary applied to Surveillance Audits. 4. International Accrediation Service (IAS) included with the ANAB as an allowable AB. 5. IAF codes 35 and 36 added. 6. Section 4.1.4 revised to be tailored to Auditor(s). 7. Timeframe of after-audit report changed from 30 days to "within two weeks after successful completion of an audit - though this timeframe will be mutually agreed upon".
