HM157521D0006 HM157521D0007 HM157521D0008 HM157521D0009 HM157521D0010 The statutory authority supporting the above described increase is FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). To fulfill the requirements of FAR 6.305, the justification required by FAR 6.303-1 is being made available for the increase in contract ceiling modification.
