The submission instructions also apply to the bid guarantee, required by provision FAR 52.228-1. Please send a digital copy of your bid guarantee with your proposal. A hand delivered copy will not be accepted. 7/24/2020: Update to Specification Section 33 75 00.00 40, Page 4. Attachment 3A - 100 STL 20-0005 Combined Specifications has been updated in Section 33 75 00.00 40, Page 4 with the following requirement: "Switchgear MSWB shall comply with Ameren Electrical Distribution Design Standard CE-10" This change is incorporated to Attachment 3A in Attachment 15 - Section 33 75 00.00 40 Page 4. Attachment 15 is not access-controlled. 7/22/2020: Answers to 100% Design Documents Questions and Updated Specifications and Drawings Attachment 13, Q&A Round 2, questions received in response to the posting of the 100% design documents and NGA's answers, is now posted to this solicitation. Additionally, Attachment 14, Amended Specifications and Drawings, has been added to update specific design documents (see the Attachment for details) which will clarify questions regarding project specifics in the Q&As for Round 1 and 2. The final Specifications and Drawings are detailed in current Attachment 3A and 4A with replacements to some of those Specifications and Drawings as shown in Attachment 14. Due to the late posting of these answers to interested party questions and updates to Specifications and Drawings, NGA is also extending the proposal due date to allow Offerors more time to review and ensure proposal accuracy. The proposal due date is extended to 5:00PM on 28 July 2020. 7/17/2020: Answers to 95% Design Documents and Photos of Facility The answers to questions received during the site visit and related to the 95% design documents are posted as Attachment 12. Photos of the facility that provide insight into the workspaces necessary for performance of the requirements are also posted. NGA is not capable of hosting another site visit at this time due to time, staffing, and coronavirus constraints. Please note that NGA is still accepting questions related to the updated 100% design documents posted on Tuesday, 14 July. Questions must be submitted to the points of contact in this solicitation by Friday, July 17 at 4:00 pm CST. 7/14/20: 100% Design Documents and Invitation for Questions. The deadline for submitting questions has been extended to Thursday, July 9, 2020 by 5:00 pm CST. Questions must be submitted to the points of contact in this solicitation by July 9, 2020 at 5:00 pm CST. NGA intends to have another opportunity for questions once the 100% Specifications and Drawings are posted, TBD. Please refer to this solicitation for updates. 6/24/20: Request for Proposals. Please refer to Attachments 1 through 10. Attachment 3 (Specifications) and Attachment 4 (Drawings) are access-controlled. Prospective offerors must request access to view these attachments. These attachments are 95% complete. A final 100% version will be posted as an Amendment to this solicitation prior the the proposal due date. Proposals must be received by Friday, July 24, 2020 at 2:00 pm CST. A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at 9:00 am. Firms must request access to the site using Attachment 5 - NGA Visitor Access Request Form. The form must be received by Friday, June 26 at 2:00 pm CST. Firms are only allowed to complete one (1) Attachment 5. Late submissions will be forwarded to NGA Security for authorization; however, there is no guarantee that a late submission will be approved in time for the site visit, and a firm could potentially be denied at the gate. NGA reserves the right to deny site access to any individual. Firms are encouraged to submit any questions about the solicitation.
