Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, for the project to replace the roofing system and repairs/replacement of the existing lightning protection system. The work shall be performed by a contractor with experience in project coordination, roofing system replacement, lightning protection design, repair and replacement. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NGA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements and other applicable standards. The peformance period for this project is 271 days. The contractor will not be allowed to start on-site performance before the 31st day after notice to proceed is issued. The approximate cost of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
