This contract requires a vendor to develop advanced planetary models, including at least one Earth model, with enhanced resolution capabilities and to improve provided analytic continuation code for operational use. The vendor must also research new computational methods for estimating spherical harmonic expansion coefficients to reduce memory usage. All work is to be conducted in collaboration with NGA Subject Matter Experts and requires Principal Investigator approval for significant changes to resources or timelines.
