This action is to extend the current contracts which comprise the Enterprise Support for Administrative Services (ESAS) Program, whose periods of performance end on 28 February 2022. Contracts HM047615D0005 (Analytic Strategies, LLC), HM047615D0006 (Metronome, LLC), and HM047615D0007 (ProCleared, LLC) provide professional administrative support to multiple NGA organizations to execute daily business rhythm across the Agency. This justification provides a three-month extension of the period of performance (01 March 2022 to 31 May 2022) to ensure there is no gap in critical administrative services while NGA awards and transitions to the new, competitively awarded Enterprise Support for Administrative Services-II (ESAS-II) contracts.
