The BIG-ST BAA seeks innovative concepts addressing hard GEOINT problems in three technical domains: Foundational GEOINT, Advanced Phenomenologies, and Analytic Technologies. No submissions are accepted to the General Solicitation; abstracts and proposals are reviewed only in response to open Topic Calls. As of the 10/01/2026 update, Topic 7—Lidar Analysis for Surface & Environmental Reconnaissance (LASER)—is open, while Topics 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6 are closed and Topic 4 is canceled.
