The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a sole source contract to Omni Federal Inc for the GEOINT Capability Development 3 (GCD3) program, which is a follow-on to GCD2. The contract will support updating the Quality Assurance Capability (QAC) application to replace the legacy GAIT tool, which will be sunset in FY28. The anticipated period of performance is from 28 June 2026 to 27 June 2028, with a 7-month base period and two option periods. The estimated cost increase for transitioning to a new provider would be over $2.1 million due to a 12-month delay. Performance of services is for NGA, with the work focused on programming, user-centric design, and Agile software maintenance.
