NGA seeks comprehensive Human Resource Management support services across the employee lifecycle, including personnel data processing, talent acquisition and development, strategic workforce planning, employee support, performance records, benefits processing, retirement tracking, and related HR activities. The procurement will be full and open competition, conducted as a commercial effort under FAR Part 12 with Best Value–Tradeoff evaluation under FAR Part 15, resulting in a performance-based contract using FFP and T&M CLINs. The anticipated period of performance is a one-year base period plus four twelve-month option periods. Offerors must have an active SAM registration with NAICS Code 541612 (Human Resources Consulting Services, $29M size standard).
