The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Open IT Solutions Office (TEI) is seeking information from vendors that could provide executive and specialized consulting services to assist with developing the common framework and implementation of the program executive office (PEO) construct for the existing and future programs within the TEI organization as described in the attached draft PWS. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, NGA is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. A complete response consists of a white paper (RFI Attachment 1) not to exceed 7 pages, and Comment Matrix (RFI Attachment 2). Responses are due no later than 12:00 pm ET on 29 February 2024 and shall be submitted via e-mail as a message attachment to Roger.C.Arangorin@nga.mil and Sarah.R.Lugo@nga.mil with the subject line “AIT Consulting Services RFI Response - [INSERT Business name]”.
