New Post (7/19/2024) - 1) Responses to contractor-submitted RFP questions - The USG's responses to contractor-submitted HM047624R0029 questions have been posted to this announcement. See the file entitled: Final_Consolidated_RFP_Questions_TSSC_20240719. 2) HM047624R0029 Amendment 0003 - Changes - Section J is updated to incorporate a revised SOW (V3, dated 7/19/2024). Sec L is updated to incorporate a revised email address for classified proposal submissions. New Post (7/5/2024) - HM047624R0029 Amendment 0002 - Changes - Section J is updated to incorporate a revised SOW and to provide expanded guidance on how to obtain access to the solicitation's classified attachments. Section L is updated to reflect a change to the proposal submission and vendor-government communication instructions. New Post (6/7/2024) - HM047624R0029 Amendment 0001 - Changes - The guidance (in Section J) on how to obtain access to the solicitation's classified attachments has been updated and uploaded to this notice. Note: Guidance for how to access the attachments is found in Section J of the SF1442, not Section L. Original Post: The Tokyo Secure Space Construction (TSSC) requirement is a design-build requirement. The awarded contractor will be required to construct/renovate three (3) secure office spaces at the US Embassy in Tokyo, Japan. The awarded contractor shall provide design, logistical and construction services. Design and construction work shall comply with Department of State (DoS) and Department of Defense (DoD) design and construction standards and will involve complete demolition and rebuilding of three (3) office spaces. This requirement has several attachments. Some of the attachments are classified and have not been uploaded to this site. Please be sure to read Section L of the SF1442, as the guidance for how to obtain the classified attachments is provided there.
