The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a single, firm fixed price contract in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements) to Research Electronics International. NGA requires the purchase of six (6) REI Tachtical Technical Surveillance Counter Measure (TSCM) Kits (TTKs). The TTKs will improve response time when anomalous Radio Frequency (RF) signals are detected throught NGA spaces and surrounding locations. The addition of this product will enhance NGA’s capabilities of intelligence asset protection, through increased security of its systems, networks and spaces. REI is the only manufacturer and servicer for the TTKs. REI consolidates multiple surveillance products conviently into one portable kit. The components within each kit are designed to complement each other to achieve a thorough search of the targeted space.
