The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a single, firm fixed price contract in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements) to CTL-Systemware. NGA requires the purchase of six (6) Power Line Antenna IIs (PLA II). The PLA IIs are designed to detect anomalous RF signals on power lines, which will aide NGA in detecting security concerns. The addition of this product will enhance NGA’s capabilities of intelligence asset protection, through increased security of its systems, networks and spaces. CTL-Systemware is the only manufacturer and servicer for the PLA IIs. NGA requires all products to fully interoperate with its existing portable radio frequency (RF) detection system. NGA’s current system uses products manufactured by CTL-Systemware. These products are designed with extended capabilities to enable command and control of a PLA II, and are designed to interface with the system.
