Under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) issued a modification to BAE under NGA Product Dissemination (NPD) Bridge contract, to extend the current contract for up to 3 months (two month base, one month option period). This contract extension will provide continued Operations and Maintenance support with a 4-hour response time to execute 24/7 availability for Mission Critical systems including Tile Services, NGA Corporate web activities, Geospatial Web Services, Data Ingest and Management, and data access for multiple NGA programs on multiple security domains. The NPD Program baseline must have an adequate transition period to eliminate any potential risk of mission degradation for combat support users. This modification is to continue the procurement of services to maintain the Legacy Gateway. The extension will allow for the continuation of the discussed capabilities and provide for a coordinated handoff to FS2 Integration and Operations.
