This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HM047622Q0004 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. (RFQ) in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. This RFQ is issued as a Competitive Small Business Set-Aside under the NAICS code 339999, All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing, with a size standard of 500 Employees. A single award Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is seeking a contractor to supply and deliver Certification Awards, Retirement Awards and Memorabilia on as needed quantity in accordance with the specifications and requirements for each retirement memorabilia and award as specified in the Attachment 1: Statement of Work (SOW). The awards are granted for certification(s) and in recognition of contributions that are both significant and beyond the scope of achievement normally expected as part of an employee’s assignment. NGA also provides employees retiring from the agency, along with retiring affiliates and military personnel, with retirement memorabilia to commemorate their time of service.
