NGA has a requiement for performance management services and strategic business analysis aimed at improving organizational performance. The Associate Director of Capablities (ADC) requires consulting services that have expert knowledge, professional networks within the Department of Defense (DoD), GEOINT and national intelligence expertise to advise the Associate Director of Capabilities and its components on their various and unique needs necessary to ensure that their missions and functions are achieved to the greatest extent possible. The Contractor shall engage with NGA senior leadership and members of the Intelligence Community, as needed, to provide expert acquisition consultation on the Agency’s strategic priorities to include Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) and Dissemination Architecture (DA).
