The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) for the RAS Tool. The RFI is issued in accordance with FAR 52.215-3, Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes (Oct 1997), with the purpose of assisting the Government in developing the highest quality solicitation and acquisition possible that will meet the mission needs of the agency. Accordingly, industry is requested to provide its response to the RFI. Responses to this RFI must be submitted on or before December 19, 2019 at 1700 Eastern Time to be considered by the Government. Submissions should not contain proprietary markings and must be submitted in writing to nazanin.m.brown@nga.mil. The Government may not respond to comments, however, all comments received prior to the due date and time will be considered and, as appropriate, may be incorporated into a future solicitation. This RFI is not a solicitation and NGA is not requesting proposals at this time. Therefore, it shall not be constructed as a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government for costs incurred in the preparation and submittal of proposals in anticipation of a contract. It is the responsibility of the prospective interested party to monitor the internet sites for any releases of information (if any) pertaining this effort.
