Of the four classes, the Contractor shall deliver virtual training consisting of two introductory and two intermediate classes on how to apply the methods and best practices of entrepreneurs and start-ups within government processes and challenges. The Contractor shall provide government employees/leaders, at various levels, with the foundational knowledge needed to develop and evaluate ideas, launch those ideas into execution and scale, and tap into a massive community of innovators.
