The attached is a justification for a limited sources action to execute a task order to the current GSA Federal Supply Schedule order GS-35F-131-GA/HM0476-20-F-0114 to acquire a subscription service to Virtual Acquisition Office (VAO) for a 12-month period of performance. The attached Limited Sources Justification is approved under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B) "Only one sourse is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized." Task Order HM0476-20-F-0114 15F0904 was awarded on 10 May 2020 to Unison Vritual Acquisiton Office, LLC. in the amount of $75,423. See attached justification for details.
