NGA Office of Contract Services intends to negotiate a Sole Source contract with UNISON to continue use of the PRISM contract writing system. This sole source award contract will serve as a bridge to maintain current services and capabilities while a planned competition occurs in FY25. NGA has a critical need to maintain the PRISM system at full operational capability for a contract period of performance from August 1, 2024 until July 31, 2028. The sole source vehicle will continue PRISM without a gap in service and maintains the support currently required under PRISM so a follow-on contract can be competed and awarded.
