This justification seeks approval to extend the class of five contracts known as MOJAVE FA2 for the NGA Security Support Services. The five legacy MOJAVE FA2 contracts are held by the following primes: Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH), OGSystems (OGS), Pluribus, Leidos, and Eagle Ray. The current period of performance for these contracts will end on 14 March 2023. The requested extension will extend the current period of performance for a total of 12 months. The 12-month extension will be comprised of two 6-month option periods. Option Period One (15 March 2023 - 14 September 2023) and Option PeriodTwo (15 September 2023- 14 March 2024) to ensure that there is no gap in critical enterprise security support service while the long-term follow-on contract, TRITON, is being competed, and to allow for an orderly transition to the new contract. The Agency planned for the acquisition to begin during the summer of 2021, but there were several unforeseen interruptions that affected the release of this solicitation, inchlding the COVID 19 National Emergency, internal reorganization of work associated with the current contract structure, and competing mission priorities, compounded by resource constraints within the Security directorate. As a result of these unforeseen circumstances, NGA is experencing delays in compefug TRITON. As current circumstances evolve, this extension will allow the Agency to compete the new contract, TRITON.
