Design... This requirement is for a design-build project to deliver secure office spaces at the US Embassy in Tokyo. The Design-Build Contractor will provide design, logistical and construction services. Design and construction work shall comply with Department of State (DoS) and Department of Defense (DoD) design and construction standards and will involve complete demolition and rebuilding of three (3) rooms. The awarded Contractor will be required to deliver fully functional offices as described in the SOW. The work includes - design, delivery, construction, installation, and utility connections. The offices in this project must be complete and made usable to meet all requisite codes and technical and functional requirements, to include the latest revisions of ICD/ICS 705 Technical Specifications for Construction and the 12 FAH-6 OSPB Security Standards and Policy Handbook. The proposal price must include all design, calculations, approvals, certificates, fees, labor, material, equipment, shipping, direct and indirect costs required to complete this project as described in the SOW. The awarded Contractor will be required to field verify the existing site conditions (in Tokyo, Japan) before submitting a proposal. Note: The SOW will be provided with the soliciation.
