RDC remains an NGA acquisition requirement. It is recommended that interested parties use the SAM “follow” functionality under this announcement number, HM0476-22-R-1984, in order to remain aprised of RDC information updates. The purpose of this amendment is to add an entity to the Voluntary Vendor List that was accidentally omitted from the voluntary vendor list published 15 NOV 2022. Amendment 0002, 15 NOV 2022. The purpose of this amendment 0002 is to publish the Questions/Answers and the Vendor List. Refer to "RDC RFI Questions-Answers and Vendor List (15nov2022) at "Attachments/Links" below. Amendment 0001, 02 SEP 2022, Administrative questions/answers. (1) Do sections 3.1 (Administrative Questions) and Section 3.2 (Experience Table) of the RFI count towards the RFI page count of 10 pages? YES. (2) If submitting a separate classified and/or proprietary volume, do those pages count against allowable pages in aggregate or are they considered in addition to the 10 page limitation? Unclassified and Classified submittals will be counted as a single submittal, with a 10 page limitation, and a priority placed upon unclassified information. Example: an 8 page unclassified submittal coupled with a 5 page classified submittal will be combined into a 10-page document with the first 8 pages being unclass and the first 2 pages of the classified submittal being reviewed by the Govt. Pages 3, 4 and 5 of the classified submittal will be appropriately discarded. Additional note: cover pages and title pages are also part of the 10 page limitation. (3) Does the PWS comment matrix (Attachment 7.2) count against the RFI response 10 page limitation? No. Respondents are encouraged to ensure that their responses to Attachment 2, Draft PWS Comment Matrix, which are not length-limited, are distinctly titled as comments so the Govt can distinguish it from your RFI Response White Paper, which is length-limited to 10 pages.
