The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gain information on current industry capabilities that would meet the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's (NGA) requirements specified in the provided attachment. The NGA - in support of the Captioning and Transcription (C&T) program- is seeking information on how an interested contractor could support C&T needs. This includes automated captioning of videos and producing written transcripts to support the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Community (DHHC), Office of the Inspector General (OIG), and other agency stakeholders. ****The purpose of this amendment is to attach a Question & Answer file with clarifications to the C&T requirement. Additionally, this amendment revises the response date from COB 11/17/2022 to COB 11/30/2022.*********
