The attached is a justification for limited sources action to execute a modification to the current GSA Federal Supply Schedule order HM0476-15-F-0904 to acquire contracting support to NGA for an additional 6-month period of performance. The attached Limited Sources Justification is approved under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B "Only one sourse is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized." Modification HM047615F0904 P00023 was awarded on 08 May 2020 to Federal Acquisition Strategies, LLC. See attached justification for details.
