The 673d Contracting Squadron is contemplating a construction award for the renovation of Bldg. 55. Work (see attached DRAFT drawings) includes, but is not limited to the replacement of roofing materials, re-painting of the exterior, renovation of two entryways, replacement of carpet in 1st and 2nd floor rooms, replacement of 1st and 2nd floor hallway carpet, and replacement carpet in two stairwells, and addition of one laundry supply box. Additional work may include, but not be limited to, all associated electrical, plumbing, cabling and other systems that may require relocation to accomplish the work. Contractor to provide complete 100% design submittal, 100% specifications and 100% construction. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to execute the project as shown on the drawings, specifications, and requirements. IAW FAR 36.204(e), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NAICS: 236220 PSC/FSC: Z2AA This is anticipated to be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of $36.5M. Any prospective sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package will be available only through Electronic Posting System (EPS) and is anticipated to be posted on or about 24 May 2021 on the beta.SAM.gov web page. All proposals will be due on or about 23 June 2021. Paper copies and paper propsals will not be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted, it will then becomes the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award.
