Date: May 10, 2021 The project consists of work to replace the Steam Heating System. This project shall be accomplished as An Open Market General Construction Design Build (D-B) Project. The Contractor shall provide 35%, 65%, and 95% designs for review. The 35% design, at a minimum, shall be a Scope of Work narrative. It is anticipated that a portion of this requirement will include brand name restricted materials, equipment or components from Automated Logic Controls (ALC). IAW FAR 36.204(e), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NAICS: 236220 This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of $39.5M PSC/FSC: Z2JZ Size Standard: $39,500,000. Any prospective sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package will be available only through Electronic Posting System (EPS) and is anticipated to be posted on or about 26 May 2021 on the beta.SAM.gov web page. All proposals will be due on or about 28 June 2021. Paper copies and paper proposals will not be accepted.
