Date: May 26, 2021 The project involves renovation of a portion of building 952 to function as an Equipment Calibration work area. Area will include a separate room to be used as a Radiac Storage Area. Project includes, but is not limited to, grounding systems, HVAC system with humidity controls & DDC controls, interior and exterior electrical upgrades, fire suppression modifications, bathroom construction, computer and telephone drops, and non-conductive flooring. The exterior work shall include fencing, lighting, utilities upgrade, auxiliary power connections for mobile calibration trailers, sanitary sewer connection, and construction of a fenced, paved area. It is anticipated that a portion of this requirement will include brand name restricted materials, equipment or components from Automated Logic Controls (ALC). IAW FAR 36.204(e), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. NAICS: 236220 It is anticipated that this will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of $39.5M PSC/FSC: Z2JZ Size Standard: $39,500,000. Any prospective sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package will be available only through Electronic Posting System (EPS) and is anticipated to be posted on or about 15 June 2021 on the beta.SAM.gov web page. All proposals will be due on or about 7 July 2021. Paper copies and paper proposals will not be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted, it will then become the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
