**This is the official Pre?solicitation/Synopsis for the subject project site visit. Date: May 21, 2021 The 673d Contracting Squadron is contemplating a construction award for the Project to convert one (1) large office into two (2) smaller offices by adding a wall and a man door, remove one (1) storage room from one (1) large office and convert into two (2) smaller offices, re-arrange system furniture walls and install new system furniture walls to reconfigure five (5) cubical offices into six (6) cubical offices with requisite power, comm, and data connectivity, and install new hand railing on wheelchair ramp and south entrance stairs on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to execute the project as shown on the drawings, specifications, and requirements. IAW FAR 36.204(c), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. A site visit for this project will be held on Wednesday, May 26th at 2:00 PM AKST. The meeting location will be at bldg.. 730. All contractors, including those that have access to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), wishing to participate in the site visit shall provide the following information for individuals attending the scheduled site visit to Don Dougherty at donald.dougherty@us.af.mil by COB Monday, May 24th prior to the site visit: Member: Full name, Phone, Email. IAW FAR 36.204(c), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS: 236210 This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of $39.5M Size Standard: $39,500,000. Any prospective sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package will be available only through Electronic Posting System (EPS) and is anticipated to be posted on or about 7 May 2021 on the beta.SAM.gov web page. All proposals will be due on or about 14 May 2021. Paper copies and paper proposals will not be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted, it will then become the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. To be considered, responsive offerors must register in SAM at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ before submitting an offer.
