Date: May 10, 2021 Remove and demolish designated existing play equipment, designated pavilion, asphalt basketball court, hoops, fifty existing trees and any degraded asphalt walkways in entirety to the subbase of gravel. Construct new playground equipment and facilities to include but not limited to basketball and beach volleyball courts, new walkways, concrete pads and pavilions in accordance with statement of work. IAW FAR 36.204(e), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NAICS: 236220 This is anticipated to be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of $39.5M PSC/FSC: Z2JZ Size Standard: $39,500,000. Any prospective sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package will be available only through Electronic Posting System (EPS) and is anticipated to be posted on or about 26 May 2021 on the beta.SAM.gov web page.
