All costs associated with attending the site visit shall be borne by the offerors. Prospective offerors are urged to attend the site visit. NOTE: Your visitor(s) will need to mention to the Visitor Center technician(s) that they were submitted for base access via the lntelink SharePoint. Has your visitor ever had a pass for a DoD installation? Have they been enrolled in the Defense Biometeric Identification System (DBIDS)? If not, please have them visit https://dbids-global.dmdc.mil/enroll#!/ to pre-enroll, this will significantly accelerate the process at the Visitor Control Center in having their pass produced. Due to construction at the Boniface gate the Visitor center is at Fort Richardson gate for passes. ******END ***** Renovate Multi-Purpose Room to include new drop ceiling, interior perimeter walls, flooring, doors and room divider. Electrical work includes new lighting throughout, along with new outlet & switch face plates. Work includes abatement of all asbestos and lead encountered in the room.
