The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) / Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is notifying Industry of its intent to solicit for a new requirement. HHS, through acquisition support of ACC-RI, shall be soliciting, competitively, for Coordination Centers to organize laboratory testing supply networks to control COVID-19, with a priority for K-8 schools. Please see attachment “NOTICE TO INDUSTRY AMD 1,” for detailed information. THIS RFI IS ISSUED FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES – IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) OR A PROMISE TO ISSUE AN RFP (IN ANY FORM) IN THE FUTURE. THIS RFI DOES NOT COMMIT HHS TO CONTRACT FOR ANY SUPPLY OR SERVICE WHATSOEVER. FURTHER, AT THIS TIME HHS AND ACC-RI ARE NOT SEEKING PROPOSALS AND WILL NOT ACCEPT UNSOLICITED PROPOSALS.
