The purpose of this amendment is to rearrange Option Periods CLINs, Include FAR clause 52.217-8 in the solicitation and CLINs for Option Period V, provide Government responses to Offerors' questions, and incorporate the updated Instruction to Offerors (ITOs). As a result of this amendment, the quote submission date has been extended to 22 January 2025 at 10 AM/EST. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract is contemplated resulting from this solicitation. The requirement is a 100% small business set-aside, with a NAICS code of 562111, Solid Waste Collection with a size standard of $47M. All Questions shall be submitted to Dasol Robinson (dasol.robinson@dodiis.mil) and Janae Glenn (janae.glenn@dodiis.mil) no later than 1000 EST, 14 January 2025. Award is subject to the availability of funds (STAOF). Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
