The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, technical data/manuals, materials, supplies and services necessary to perform Emergency Maintenance (EM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), unscheduled maintenance (UM), and battery replacement in support of different types of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) systems in accordance with (IAW) manufacturer’s manual and attachments 1 through 6. This support includes: static UPS/SUPS systems, batteries, and ancillary equipment manufactured by various manufacturers. This support shall also include EM/PM for any future fielded technologies designed to replace batteries, such as fuel cells and capacitors. The UPS systems support and protect Sensitive Electronic Equipment Systems (SEES). The UPS systems may be single or 3-phase, in single or multi-module UPS systems configurations. UPS systems may include: System Bypass Module (SBM), Bypass Control Cabinet (BCC), System Metering and Control Cabinet (SMC), Maintenance Bypass Panel (MBP), Hot-tie system, and equivalent 3rd party equipment.
