Section 5 of the SOW has been revised to remove the supplies as part of the maintenance plan. All other provisions, terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICTATION FOR BOURG/TRIMMER MAINTENANCE This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is HHM402-23-Q-0052 is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04 Effective 06/02/2023 located on https://www.acquisition.gov This requirement is set-aside for 100% Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 811210 and the associated PSC code is J076. The small business size standard is $34 Million. A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s), can be found in the Schedule of the attached SF 1449 document. The commercial services being procured are for Bourg Binder and Knife Trimmer maintenance. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and its addendum to the provision found in the attached SF 1449. Award will be made using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection technique. All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with their offer. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
