The Virginia Contracting Activity, Bolling AFB, Washington DC has a requirement for maintenance agreement to include ordering, supplying, installing and testing of all parts and repairs for one Ricoh and one HP plotter. The contractor shall provide all transportation, labor, parts and equipment required to maintain full operability and provide optimum print quality from (1) Ricoh Plotter and (1) HP Plotter. The Period of Performance shall be for one (1) year from the date of award plus four (4) one (1) year option periods. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm fixed price, single award purchase order in accordance with FAR part 13. The proposed acquisition will be set-aside 100% for Small Businesses. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $34,000,000.00 The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13. The Government intends to award to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offer. Award will be issued on all or none basis. This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals.
