Brand Name: KONE Elevator. Four Cabs to be refurbished and repaired IAW the attached RFQ: HHM402-21-Q-0061. The Statement of Work is attached in this document. The Virginia Contracting Activity anticipates offering a Firm Fixed Price Completion contract for the refurbishment of four KONE elevator cabs located at Bldg 4545, Fowler Rd, Redstone Arsenal, AL. Work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work. Work to be completed on or before 4 months after award.
