This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside and only small businesses will be considered for award. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC), Bldg 4545, Fowler Rd, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898, intends to purchase services, as listed in the attached Request for Quotation's (RFQ) Statement of Work (SOW). The Government intends to award one labor hour contract with fixed labor rates to the offeror who has personnel with the required security clearances and qualifications described in the attacment who has the lowest fair and reasonable price. The Government will evaluate the pricing for the base period and all option periods when determining the lowest price. Evaluation of the option periods shall not obligate the Government to exercise the Options. Per FAR 52.212-2, the Government reserves the right to make award without discussions. In order to be eligible for award, contractors must propose cleared part-time personnel to meet the required number of hours identified in the RFQ. Personnel will have a TS/SCI clearance. The contractor must posses as Facility Clearance rated TS. Contract will be awarded with a DD254 indicating security requirements. Only emailed quotations will be accepted.
