This is a combined synopsis/solicitation and request for proposals (RFP) for commercial items in accordance with the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation. The solicitation number is HHM402- l 9-R-0029 and is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation with proposals requested. This requirement is considered non-restricted under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 541430 – Graphics Design Services; therefore, any qualified, responsible vendor may submit a proposal.
