Virginia Contracting Activity (VACA) is publishing this Request for Information/Sources Sought Notice in accordance with 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. VACA intends to issue a short term (4 month) sole source modification to the current support task order HHM402-13-D-0019/0001 with Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) dated August 17, 2015. That order ends on December 28, 2020. Due to the highly classified nature of the Statement of Work, this order cannot be released under the Freedom of Information Act. VACA has awarded a replacement task order with a one year base and two 1-year options under the HELIOS IDIQ contract. While transitioning between vendors and taking all security and transition actions into consideration, there are no other contractors with the capability to maintain security-cleared staff and provide the level, depth and breadth of support of continuity of services required by VACA. This notification alerts all vendors to this planned actions. Responses to this notice should be submitted to the Contract Specialist within 15 days from the date of this posting. No phone calls will be accepted in regards to this posting.
