Service provides building 4044, South Post Annex (SPA), USAG-Yangsan, with general maintenance, safety, fire suppression system support, emergency power system maintenance, automatic voltage regulator maintenance, maintaining and repairing electrical systems, HVAC systems, plumbing, mechanical utilities, structural issues, including the exterior of the building and all attached exterior lighting, and all associated consumables and minor replaceable parts to include but not limited to filters, greases, oil, nuts, bolts, etc. Evaluations with be Best Value to the Government, Technically Acceptable. ***** This notice is also posted on GSA with RFQ ID: RFQ1514390 *****
