DoDEA requires a Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) to organize, facilitate, and provide technical support related to DoDEA’s corpus of system assessments, that is, to provide technical and advisory support for DoDEA’s Balanced Assessment System Working Group (BASWG). The TAC shall provide guidance on quality, validity, reliability, accuracy, and fairness/equity. It shall be composed of subject-matter experts who together possess extensive knowledge of PK-12 assessment systems, especially the assessments associated with DoDEA’s standards. DoDEA expects to award one contract.
