DoWEA- Super Intelligence (SI) Education Support Solution
The Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) is conducting market research on a commercial-off-the-shelf, Super Intelligence-enabled educational support solution for grades 3–8, serving about 30,200 students and 6,000 educators across CONUS and OCONUS locations. The solution must cover student-facing SI tutoring with safeguards and accessibility, teacher-facing SI instructional assistance with approval-gated grading and oversight dashboards, family/community engagement resources, regional professional learning, and ongoing efficacy evaluation. Compliance requirements include FedRAMP Level 2 equivalency, integrations with Schoology, Aspen, and ClassLink, FERPA/COPPA/NIST and DoWEA AI policy adherence, U.S. citizen/U.S. person personnel for PII/CUI access, TLS/AES-256 encryption, and U.S. data-center hosting. Non-bid timelines include four 1-hour synchronous regional training webinars within the first 90 days and semiannual improvement reports due every January and July, plus support for up to two annual DoWEA conferences. Interested small businesses are asked to provide a capability statement and a non-binding ROM cost estimate for planning purposes.
