DoWEA seeks information on a contractor’s ability to provide COTS print and digital core instruction, strategic instruction and assessment resources for students, teachers, and above-school SMEs, plus related professional learning, standards correlations, and technical support. The requirement also includes a literacy proficiency tool to measure student literacy skills and monitor student progress. DoWEA prefers one award but may make separate awards for K-5 core resources and K-5 strategic resources. The solicitation is expected to be posted on SAM.gov in the September-October timeframe, with an anticipated period of performance from April 5, 2027, through April 4, 2033. This RFI is solely for information and planning purposes, does not constitute an RFQ or a promise to issue one, and the government will not pay costs incurred in responding.
