The government seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive esports program support for DoWEA Pacific Region schools, including consulting, program planning, logistical coordination, competition and event execution, and ongoing support. Services will support a structured interscholastic esports program across 12 high schools within the Pacific Region, with the contractor supplying personnel, expertise, management, and resources under the Performance Work Statement. The government will retain overall program management authority through the designated Contracting Officer Representative. Interested vendors must review the complete solicitation package, including the PWS, pricing schedule, attachments, quotation preparation instructions, and evaluation criteria, and ensure submitted documents are signed/dated where applicable, legible, virus-free, and in PDF or Microsoft Office formats; emails over 10 MB will be rejected. The Contracting Officer/Contract Specialist is the sole authorized point of contact, and quotations will be evaluated according to the solicitation’s evaluation criteria.
