eLearning Authoring Tool Licenses
The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Procurement Office is conducting market research via an RFI to identify potential sources capable of providing professional training support for DoDEA personnel. The requirement includes licenses to Articulate 360, a suite of commercial, off-the-shelf, vendor-hosted eLearning authoring tools supporting responsive design, SCORM compliance, and Section 508 compliance for instructional designers and instructional system specialists. The resulting web-based products would be used for secondary courses/resources for students and professional learning courses/resources for Agency employees. This RFI is for market research only, does not constitute a solicitation, does not obligate the Government, and will not reimburse response costs; interested firms should submit written capability statements of no more than five pages identifying their area(s) of interest. The anticipated period of performance start date is 1 February 2027, and vendors must have an active SAM registration to be eligible for any resultant contract.
