The Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) is seeking information on providing standards-aligned digital resources for students, along with related professional learning and technical support, with one award expected. The solicitation is anticipated to be posted on SAM.gov in the December–January timeframe. The period of performance is expected to run from March 2027 through March 2032. This RFI is for planning and information purposes only, does not constitute a request for quote, and the government will not pay any response costs. Not responding to this RFI does not prevent a contractor from responding to a future solicitation.
