The Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order for warehouse and logistics support services in Okinawa, Japan. Performance will support the Pacific Region Office at Torii Station and schools on Camps Kinser, McTureous, Foster, Lester, and Kadena Air Base. The contractor must provide all management, personnel, vehicles, forklifts, and other resources to perform warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, delivery, property disposition, furniture movement, and related logistical support. Normal operating hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, with authorized emergency after-hours support. An amendment revised the Performance Work Statement to include updates on government-furnished forklifts and historical workload information.
