The Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA), Pacific Region, requires mobile devices and cellular services to support its schools and operations throughout Guam. The contractor will provide smartphones, cellular service plans, activated SIM cards, warranty and replacement support, shipping, and administrative device management. The scope includes twenty smartphones with voice, text, and data services, plus fifteen activated SIM cards for Government-provided Nokia 225 4G devices. Services must ensure reliable coverage across Guam for school administration, facilities, transportation, field operations, and emergency communications. The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for this requirement.
