This is an amendment to a solicitation for mobile communication services and devices to support school operations for the Department of War Education Activity in Guam. The contractor will provide smartphones, basic devices, service plans, warranty, and administrative services. The period of performance for all contract line items has been updated. The deadline for receipt of quotes has been extended to 4:00 PM on 31 March 2026. All other original terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for conducting market research and does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP), Invitation for Bids (IFB), or Request for Quotations (RFQ) and does not obligate the Government to any current or future commitments. The Government will not pay/reimburse any costs or charges resulting from contractors’ responses to this RFI. C.
