This is an amendment to a solicitation for mobile communication services and devices to support school operations for the Department of War Education Activity in Guam. The contractor will provide smartphones, basic devices, service plans, warranty, and administrative services. The period of performance for all contract line items has been updated. The deadline for receipt of quotes has been extended to 4:00 PM on 31 March 2026. All other original terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Procurement Office is currently conducting market research to identify available sources that are fully capable of providing wireless telecommunication devices and related services in Guam. B. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for conducting market research and does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP), Invitation for Bids (IFB), or Request for Quotations (RFQ) and does not obligate the Government to any current or future commitments. The Government will not pay/reimburse any costs or charges resulting from contractors’ responses to this RFI. C. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 517312, Wireless Telecommunication Carrier services, Size Standard 1500. The Product Service Code (PSC) is DE11, IT and Telecommunication and Transmission services. D. The government requires cellular devices and services as described in the attached Performance Work Statement (Guam Wireless Services). Review the document in its entirety. E.
